Employment id Cont:?

my daughter lost all of her identification. I tried to to go to department of transportation to get her a new one. Since we don't have her birth certificate they would not give her a replacement. She is supposed to start; a new job tomorrow and now all i have is her social and her bastism would they use that in the mean time for employment?
