How much would it cost to artex a wall?

DON'T DO IT. Unless you can afford to have the whole wall re-plastered when you have got fed up with it.Anaglypta wall paper is much better as long as you cross line the walls first with lining paper and it will only cost a fraction of the price of Artex and then re plastering.
