Boyfriend communication trouble Please help!?

me and my bf have been going out for 3 weeks and he hasnt said he loves me and we dont talk on the phone we just txt and not all the time like a couple times a day i see him some on the weekends but i wnat to see and talk to him more i feel like we dont talk enough and i miss him what should i do?
