EASY 10 points! Am I healthy and how can I get weight off my ?
You're doing good so far and you're at a great weight for your height. It might be a good idea to switch the chips with something else that's lower in calories, for instance some rice cakes or something like that. Not as tasty, but sometimes you just have to make some tradeoffs to lose the weight you want to. I don't know if it's an issue for you but do you count calories and limit yourself to 1800-1900 a day? Hopefully that will help you lose the weight you want to. I really don't think you need to lose much weight, but that's not really for me to decide. It's your decision! Also, you could try workout DVDs aimed at the area... Lol, that sounds bad. Anyways... I hope this was helpful to you.
