What pow camp (japan) was working with coal mines near nagasaki?

It is true that the coal preparation has lead to calling explosives like norimaisuky for example. In the early 20th century in Edo, the coal evolved into Edo-mae zucci, which used caught between two hands in the Edo-mae or Edo Bay. Edo-mae means in the Edo style. I've scoured my Japanese dictionaries and have found no word for "bay" that is pronounced "mae." I'm thinking about rewriting the whole history section (it desperately needs it) and this is my starting point.
