Which of these methods is best for sinking freeze dried bloodworms?

i have never been able to get any of my fish to eat freeze-dried food ... but when i tried i soaked the worms in a bit of tank water and then put them in ... i wouldn't squeeze them as that would be taking the water out and you want it water logged to sink ... you could try freezing them with water and then thawing them, never tried it but might work ... if you buy frozen bloodworms they will sink right away, again thaw them in some tank water, healthier for the fish too :O)
