How does protein synthesis in prokaryotes differ from protein in eukaryotes?(really simple please)?

One difference is prokaryotes can be synthesizing proteins directly from their genetic material, which can be RNA. Eukaryotes have to transcribe their DNA into messenger RNA, send that out of the nucleus, and have it translated into protein using ribosomes at the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum
