Are all women this way?

My housemaid Lucy, has recently complained about her human rights (not that servants should be humanized). This leaves me somewhat bewildered, as my only crime is in the name of entertainment. She has been ordered to wear only her underwear while tending to her chores around the Manor, as this allows her to stay cool, in turn be more efficient regarding her work. Only yesterday, I allowed the young filly to take part in the fun and games with my chums, she was practically falling over herself, as we chased her around the east wing drinking gin and scoffing jam tarts. Why the sudden mood swing, are all women of a lower standing like this, or am I mistaken?
