Could anyone explain to me where the bi-partisanship went?

Democratic version of bi-partisanship -----You give us what we want today and we will give you what you want tomorrow...better know as the Wimpy syndrome....for we all know that when it comes to Democratic Leader in Power there is no tomorrow, only Today.
