Why is there no dominant player 5 tool player in the game today?

It used to be A-rod & Barry Bonds. Mauer never ran but was great last year but this year he is back to reality. Pujols never ran either & he is having his typical year. Ichiro is a slap hitter who never even hit 20 homers..But no 5 tool Willie Mays today. Why not?
