Why Did Muhammad Lie About the Quran Being Divinely Inspired?

Muslims claim that they are peaceful and that islam is a religion of peace yet muslims out here have shown that it is an irony and in lay man terms it's lies, lies and only lies. Now aren't muslims true followers of mohammad?
