Please help...possible BFP....?

Ok so Dr. put me on BC this is my second pack but since the first one i was kinds"off" but thought it was just body getting used to the pill, i spotted very lightly in the first month and period was extremely light and didn't suffer for excruciating cramps that i normally do, Yet again i though WOW body doing pretty good then. Well this month its been crazy i having been bleeding like its a dark blood/ bright blood since monday not heavy at all.Well like i said i called Dr and going in Saturday, when i went to the Bathroom yesterday night i had an extra Equate brand test and was all what the heck and took it . Thought well ill at least rule out preg. with this weird bleeding.well i got up washed my hands looked at it in about 3 mins and there was a very faint positive....i though i was losing it and my hubby saw it too. Now i was researching it and are there should things as evap line it appeared in 3 min. I bought more this morning and will hold my pee as long as i can and test again. Could i have finally gotten my BFP after going on 3 Yrs of TTC???????????
