Is the West more tolerant of Islam than Islam is tolerant of the West?

We in the West have to abide by political correctness and if we speak or write words that are deemed racially insensitive, harsh accusatory fingers are pointed at us. We are called ‘bigot’ or ‘anti-Semite’ or ‘Islamophobe’ and our words are censored. Do these same standards exist in the Islamic world or can Muslims get away with saying pretty much anything that is critical of the West? Think of the angry Oompa Loompa president of Iran and the horrible things he frequently says about the West; judging by him it seems that Muslims don’t have to abide by the same cultural morals as we do in the West, right?
