Is there any way I can get any child support out of the father if he is underage and is currently unemployed?

I am 18 and pregnant. The father is 17 and doesn't want anything to do with the child. He said he would see it occionaly after it is born but doesnt want me to tell him/her that he is the father. His family is bankrupt, and se is currently unemployed. But I don't wnat him to totally walk out scott free. But due to being completely broke and no job, there's not much I can do is there?
