Is there any philosopher that believes technology has decreased the quality of life?

I'm in debate and my cl thought up an L.D. topic - Technology since the mid '80s has decreased the quality of life in human beings. My debate coach won't allow us to make an affirmative case without a philosopher but I can't find anyone! Please help!!
