I got a mail from a unknown African girl, can i trust her?

you can be sure "she" has no idea you're 13 or much of anything else about you. and you can be sure you know nothing about "her" including whether or not she's even a woman. just ignore her and she'll go away. at least until you get another email from someone else hoping to take your money or use your computer to send to others.
