Could i be pregnant ?

i had 12 days ago now as me and my fiance are trying or a baby anyway i took a pregnancy test yesterday which was probly abit too early and it was negative about an hour later my period come but it wasnt like my normal period it wasnt as heavy but it was abit painfull could i be pregnant im gonna do another test in a few days :) i really want too get pregnant as we have been trying since end of may and i misscarried in july and now i cant seem too get pregnant :( what do you think ???
